Goals : - Build and provide equipment for a CECDC in Savannah and Plateau of Togo
- Improve pedagogical support in the 40 already-existing CECDC of the area, sensitize and mobilize the communities
- Train 110 childminders to manage and pedagogically animate the CECDC and make pedagogical games from local materials
