Passerelles Numériques, created in 2006, allows underprivileged youth with potential to get a technical and professional training in the digital sector. The youths improve their employability to escape the vicious circle of poverty in the long term. PN works in Cambodia, Vietnam, Madagascar and Philippines.

Goals : Ensure the success of underprivileged young people in rural areas and disadvantaged neighborhoods through quality digital training in Cambodia, the Philippines and Vietnam:
- Develop access to digital training, autonomy, guidance and employability by further strengthening operational efficiency
- Consolidate the deployment model and development of PN
