The association's mission is to promote the social integration of young people with cognitive and mental disabilities (autism, Down's syndrome, dyspraxia) through vocational training and access to work in an ordinary environment, mainly in short-staffed jobs. The association offers a progressive training program that takes into account the abilities of each young neuro-atypical person, enabling them to acquire the life skills and know-how they need to work in a company.
