Founded in 1992, Essor is an international solidarity association whose mission is to help the most vulnerable people acquire the means to improve their living conditions in the long term. It runs projects in 4 sectors (education, training and professional integration, agricultural development, social protection) in 5 Portuguese- and French-speaking countries.

« Educ'action »

Goals : This project to develop inclusive education among preschool actors in Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau aims to:
- Stimulate the development of skills essential to the social and educational integration of the most vulnerable, through the implementation of a child-centered, Montessori-inspired preschool methodology.
- Encourage support for vulnerable children with learning delays and disorders, from pre-school onwards, by adopting a child development stimulation pathway.
- Strengthen private and public players in pre-school education by promoting a collective commitment to dialogue and educational innovation.
Number of beneficiaries : 900 children aged 3 to 6, 53 educators and around 720 families over 3 years
