Goals : - Improve and extend the support provided by the Prépa La Chance programme
- Strengthen support for professional integration and experiment with opening the program to a wider audience of scholarship students
- In three years, increase the number of people supported in Media and Information Education (EMI) from 5,000 to 10,000, with priority given to rural areas and working-class neighborhoods

Number of beneficiaries : - Prep: 265 scholarship students aged 20 to 25, over 3 years
- Professional integration: 1,000 people aged 25 to 35, over 3 years
- Media and Information Literacy: 18,400 including 17,400 young people under 18, over 3 years
